1In den letzten 40 Jahren habe ich ungefähr 14.000 Mal zu Mittag gegessen.

Essen ist eine Notwendigkeit, die uns die Natur vorgibt.
Allerdings sind wir selber in der Lage, uns die Speisen so angenehm und wohlschmeckend zu bereiten, wie wir uns das vorstellen.

Dazu gehören mehrere verschiedene Voraussetzungen:

Zu wissen, was man essen will.
Zu wissen, wo man die entsprechenden Zutaten bekommt.
Zu wissen, wie man  die Zutaten bearbeitet, um das gewünschte Ergebnis zu erzielen.

Dass ich gerne esse und gerne gut esse, habe ich schon bald festgestellt. Das kann eine ordentliche Leberkässemmel sein, das kann ein guter Käsekrainer vom Würstlstand sein, das kann ein Schnitzel in einem Gasthaus sein, aber natürlich auch ein mehrgängiges Menü in einem Haubenlokal sein. Dass Kochen für mich Muse bedeutet und dass daraus eine Leidenschaft entstanden ist, habe ich auch bald festgestellt. Im Laufe der letzten Jahre ist eine kleine Rezeptsammlung entstanden und die möchte ich mit euch teilen.

Alle Gerichte, die auf der Seite beschrieben sind, koche ich selber zu Hause. Ich bevorzuge regionale Produkte und achte dabei besonders auf deren Qualität. Die Rezepte sind zum Teil von Freunden und Bekannten, teils aus Kochbüchern, auch versuche ich manchmal Gerichte von Haubenköchen nachzukochen.

Die Zutaten für die Gerichte bekommt ihr in jedem Supermarkt, die Rezepte sind übersichtlich geschrieben und einfach nachzukochen, also viel Spaß beim Lesen und beim Nachmachen!
