Einfach nur Teigformer.
So heißt dieses komische, runde Küchenaccessoire mit Rippen auf einer Seite: damit kann man zu Hause in wenigen Sekunden selbstgemachte Teigtaschen zaubern.

1. Mit der ebener Seite den Teig ausstechen und auf die andere Seite (mit den Rippen) legen.
2. Füllen, zuklappen und zusammendrücken.
3. Wieder öffnen, aufs Backblech und ab ins Rohr!

Manchmal gibt es auch einen 4. Punkt, wenn man fertiggekauften Teig verwendet: Der Teig klebt nicht! Dann nicht narrisch werden: Das nächste Mal den Prozess einfach mit der anderen, glanzlosen Seite des Teiges versuchen, es wird dann passen!

Dieses einfache Gericht kann man
– als Appetitanreger (Gruß aus der Küche),
– als Vorspeise,
– als Hauptspeise (mit Salat),
– mit einer süßer Füllung als Nachspeise,
– als Knabberei
servieren.

Und die kleine Taschen können oft auch als Erste-Hilfe funktionieren und zwar gegen einen „Unbändigen“ (Appetit), weil sie inklusive Zubereitung und allem Drum und Dran innerhalb von 20 Minuten fertig sind.

Zutaten:

Blätterteig (fertig aus dem Geschäft)
50 g saftiger Schinken
1 Eigelb
Salz
Pfeffer aus der Mühle
Kümmel

1. Den Schinken in kleine Würfel schneiden und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
2. Den Blätterteig auslegen und mit dem Teigformer Kreise ausstechen, mit Schinken füllen, zusammenklappen.
3.  Auf das mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backblech legen.
4. Mit Ei bestreichen, Kümmel darauf und 10-12 Minuten im vorgeheizten Rohr bei ca. 200 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze backen.
