Es gibt natürlich die klassischen Sorten: Edelbitter, Weiss, mit Früchten, mit Nüssen, mit Alkohol…
Aber die pikanten Variationen sind unzählig. Es gibt Schokolade mit Chili, mit Ingwer, mit Spargel, mit Speck, mit Thymian, mit Peanuts und Ketchup, Rosen und Basilikum, mit Portwein-Sellerie Trüffel, mit Baobab, mit Nelken, mit Soja. Und es war nur eine Schokoladenmanufaktur. Dann kann man die Curry-, Wasabi-, Gummibär-, Goldpulver-Variationen bestaunen, verschiedene Lebkuchen, Cupcakes, Trüffel und Kakaosorten kosten: Kakao mit Honig-, Lemoncherry-, Minze-, Grüner Tee- oder Zitrusgeschmack. Nicht zu vergessen, wie viele Pralinen, Gebäck, Marzipan, Trinkschokoladen und Fondues es noch gibt. Es ist bezaubernd, dass man fast mit allen Zutaten, die man täglich in der Küche benutzt, Schokoladenkreationen machen kann und sie auch gut schmecken können, seien die Zutaten noch so schräg und ungewöhnlich.
Zu einem Schokokuchen braucht man aber nicht viele Zutaten und die Vorbereitung ist auch nicht verteufelt.
Zutaten:
100 g Mehl
100 g Zucker
(100 g Mandel oder Nüsse)
200 g Schokolade
1 Packerl Backpulver
100 ml Milch
80 g Butter
3 Eier
1. Milch, Butter und Schokolade in einem Topf langsam erhitzen, rühren und zergehen lassen.
2. Die trockenen Zutaten mit dem Handmixer in einer Schüssel durchmischen (Mehl, Zucker, Mandeln, Nüsse, Backpulver).
3. Die Butter-Schoko-Milch zur Mischung geben und mit dem Mixer fest einrühren.
4. Eier dazugeben und wieder fest durchmischen.
5. Alles in eine Backform geben und im Rohr bei 180 Grad Ober-, Unterhitze in 30 Minuten fertigbacken.
6. Mit Staubzucker bestreuen und mit einer Tasse Milch servieren.
