Zutaten:

10 dag Reis pro Person (für 2 Erwachsene 1 Kaffeetasse)
Rindslungenbraten (pro Person 10-15 dag)
je 1 roter und gelber Paprika
1 Zwiebel
1 TL Paprikapulver
2-3 TL Paradeismark
2 Tassen Rindsuppe
Öl
Parmesan
Petersilie

1. Die aus der Mitte geschnittene Zwiebel mit dem blättrig geschnittenen Rindsfilet im Öl scharf anbraten, salzen, pfeffern.
2. Die Pfanne von der Flamme ziehen.
3. Paprikapulver hinzugeben, eine Minute rühren.
4. Paradeismark dazu, eine Minute rühren.
5. Mit der Suppe aufgießen.
6. Die in Streifen geschnittenen Paprika hinzugeben.
7. Reis dazumischen, gut durchrühren.
8. 20 Minuten auf kleiner Flamme zugedeckt fertigkochen.
9. Mit frisch geriebenem Parmesan und fein gehackter Petersilie servieren.

Tipp:
Bei mehreren Personen das Fleisch in Etappen anrösten, damit der Temperatur in der Pfanne nicht abkühlt. Wenn das Fleisch gekocht und nicht gebraten wird, verliert es Saft und wird zu trocken sein.
Rindslungenbraten ist zum Reisfleisch perfekt: es bleibt saftig und schmeckt am besten.
