Achtung! Grammatikunterricht, neue deutsche Rechtschreibung:

Wenn in Zusammensetzungen drei gleiche Buchstaben aufeinandertreffen, bleiben alle erhalten.

Beim Zusammentreffen dreier gleicher Buchstaben werden also jetzt immer diese Drillinge geschrieben. Es spielt dabei keine Rolle, ob es sich bei den drei gleichen Buchstaben um Konsonanten (Mitlaute) oder Vokale (Selbstlaute) handelt.
Um das Lesen zu erleichtern, dürfen Sie in diesen Fällen auch einen Bindestrich setzen, zum Beispiel:

Salat mit Joghurtdressing und gegrillten Putenstreifen = Fitnesssalat/Fitness-Salat.

Zutaten:

30 dag Putenstreifen
½ Gurke
2 mittlere Paradeiser
1 Dose Mais
½ Kopf Eissalat
1 Becher Naturjoghurt
½ Bund Petersilie
Salz
Zucker
Pfeffer aus der Mühle (schwarz)
Öl
Essig

1. Salat, Paradeiser, Gurken waschen und in nicht zu kleine Stücke schneiden. Mais waschen und alles in eine Schüssel geben.
2. Das Joghurt in eine kleine Schüssel geben, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Essig, Öl würzen, gut vermischen und anschließend die feingehackte Petersilie dazugeben.
3. Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die mit Salz und Pfeffer gewürzten Putenstreifen scharf auf beiden Seiten anbraten.
4. Beim Servieren darauf achten, dass der Salat noch ohne Dressing ist und jeder die Menge des Dressings individuell wählen kann.
5. Mahlzeit beim Klassiker der schnellen Küche schlechthin!
