Diese Studien befassen sich mit der Anwendung von Psilocybin und anderen Halluzinogenen zur Behandlung einer Reihe anderweitig nicht behandelbarer psychischer Störungen, u. a. chronischer Depression, posttraumatischer Belastungsstörung und Drogen- bzw. Ob eine Suppe, eine Sauce, ein Gulasch oder geröstete Version, egal! Je öfter, desto besser, und weil ja schon September ist, werden wir langsam anfangen unsere Kürbisspeisen-Rezepte herauszusuchen!

Zutaten für 2 Personen:

150 g Eierschwammerl
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 Zwiebel
Suppe
Salz
Pfeffer aus der Mühle (schwarz)
1 Glas trockener Weißwein

1. Die feingewürfelte Zwiebel und den Knoblauch in Öl anschwitzen (mittlere Hitze), die geviertelten Eierschwammerl dazu und scharf anrösten.
2. Mit Weißwein ablöschen.
3. Salzen, pfeffern.
4. Mit Suppe aufgießen und köcheln lassen.
5. Nach 10 Minuten alles in den Mixer geben, gut durchmixen wieder zurück in den Topf.
6. Noch einmal kurz aufkochen und in heißen Tellern servieren.

TIPP: Vor dem Mixen pro Person 5 Eierschwammerlstücke zur Seite legen und dann als „Einlage“ in der Suppe servieren.
