Müsli „Oberbichlhof“

Jeder hat ihn, am Abend auf der Couch liegend oder nach dem täglichen Training erschöpft, kennengelernt: den Heißhunger!

Nach dem Gefühl wäre doch ein Teller Nudeln mit Champignons die beste Lösung, die Zubereitung dauert aber (oh, mein Gott!!) 15 Minuten, man braucht aber schnell etwas Gesundes und Leichtes. Hier ist die Lösung: das Ganztagsmüsli 🙂 Es ist in 5 Minuten fertig, hat alles, was der Körper braucht, es ist als Frühstück, als Nachspeise, als Abendessen oder auch zwischendurch perfekt und man kann es für schlechtere Zeiten aufbewahren (so sie in den nächsten 2-3 Tagen kommen sollten). Los gehts!


2 große Löffel Haferflocken
Saft von 2 frischgepressten Orangen (am besten Moro Orangen)
250 g Topfen (40 % Fett)
1 Apfel
1 Birne
1 Handvoll Haselnüsse
1 Handvoll Mandeln
2 EL Marmelade (Marille, Hagebutte, Erdbeer…)

1, Haferflocken in eine Schüssel geben, Orangensaft dazu. Den Topfen, die gehackten Nüsse und Mandeln, Apfel und Birne fein gerieben, die Marmelade ebenfalls dazu. Alles gut durchmischen.

2, Am besten einen Teil sofort essen, den Rest in ein Glas mit verschließbarem Deckel füllen und ab in den Kühlschrank.

3, Das Müsli hält sich leicht 2 Tage im Kühlschrank.
