Dieses Rezept, das von Karoline Kainz, einer guten Freundin von mir stammt, ist praktisch, wenn man etwas schnell auf den Tisch stellen soll. Die Vorbereitung ist leicht und besonders die Kinder schätzen das Essen, weil sie das Hendl auch mit der Hand essen können.
Zutaten:
Hendlschenkel oder Flügel, Erdäpfel und Karotten: 1-2 Stück(e) pro Person, je nach Hunger
Olivenöl
Salz
Pfeffer aus der Mühle (schwarz)
Hendlgewürz
1. Hendl mit Salz, Pfeffer und Hendlgewürz gut einreiben.
2. Erdäpfel schälen, in gleich große Teile schneiden.
3. Karotten schälen, halbieren und in gleich große längliche Teile schneiden.
4. Alles auf ein Backblech legen.
5. Mit Olivenöl übergießen.
6. Je nach Größe der Stücke 45-60 Minuten im Rohr bei 160 Grad (Ober- und Unterhitze) backen.
Das Hendl ist knusprig, die Erdäpfel sind knackig und die Karotten verleihen dem Gericht eine leichte Süße. Fertig!
TIPP: Man soll immer auf die Qualität der Zutaten, besonders des Fleisches achten. Wie bei jedem Rezept, ist die Behauptung richtig: je besser die Qualität der Zutaten, desto besser das Ergebnis.
