Eine gesunde Hühnersuppe kann immer gut schmecken: im Winter nach dem Schifahren, wenn wir durchgefroren sind, gegen Erkältung oder nach einer harten Feier, wenn wir genug Alkohol getrunken haben. Von Brasilien bis China, von Italien nach Indonesien ist dieses Gericht bekannt und beliebt, zum Beispiel in Frankreich ist die Hühnersuppe (poule au pot) ein klassisches Nationalgericht. Es gibt keine einheitliche Rezeptur, sondern mehrere internationale Varianten, je nach den verwendeten Zutaten:

Gemüsesorten nach Lust und Laune, Sahne, Reis, Nudeln, Eier, Curry, Dill, Ginseng oder Mandeln. Das wichtigste ist immer die gute Qualität des Fleisches.
Die Zubereitung ist auch für Anfänger sehr einfach.

Zutaten:

Hendl (30 dag pro Person)
Paradeiser, Karotten, Erdäpfel (1-2 Stücke pro Person)
1 Lauch
1 Kohlrabi
1 Bund Petersilie
Salz, Pfeffer aus der Mühle (schwarz)
(Suppengewürz)

1. Das Hendl in kaltem Wasser aufsetzen und 20 Minuten leicht wallen lassen.
2. Alle restliche Zutaten geputzt und geschnitten dazugeben und weitere 30 Minuten köcheln.
3. Mit frischen Kräutern servieren und schmecken lassen.
