Pasta mit Spinat

Ein Traumvideo mit der kleinen Shirley Temple. Aufpassen ab 1:35 🙂

Zutaten für 2 Personen:

100 g Spinat pro Person (am besten frisch, sonst Zwutschgis, tiefgefroren)
1/2 Zwiebel
Öl
Weißwein zum Ablöschen
Suppe zum Aufgießen
Nudeln (80-100 g pro Person)
Salz
Pfeffer aus der Mühle (schwarz)

1, Die Zwiebel aus der Mitte schneiden und in Öl anschwitzen, mit Weißwein ablöschen und mit Suppe aufgießen. Bei frischem Spinat: den Spinat dazu und 2 Minuten ziehen lassen. Bei Zwutschgis: die Zwutschgis dazu und bei kleiner Flamme den Spinat 6-8 Minuten zugedeckt ziehen lassen.
2, Pasta bissfest kochen und alles zusammenmischen.
3, Unglaublich aber wahr: fertig 🙂
