Bohneneintopf

Laute Pfürze stinken nicht,
aber die leisen, butterweichen,
die sich durch die Hosen schleichen,
Mensch, vor denen hüte dich,
denn die stinken fürchterlich!

Zutaten für 2 Personen:

1/2 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
2 kleine Dosen Kidneybohnen (Gesamtgewicht 400 g)
1 Dose geschälte und geviertelte Paradeiser
Öl
Weißwein zum Ablöschen
Suppe zum Aufgießen
Basilikum
Bohnenkraut
Salz
Pfeffer aus der Mühle (schwarz)
Chili

1, Zwiebel aus der Mitte in Spalten schneiden, den Strunk vom Knoblauch entfernen, klein schneiden und mit der Zwiebel kurz in heißem Öl anschwitzen. Mit Weißwein ablöschen, mit Suppe aufgießen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
2, Paradeiser dazugeben, Basilikum und Bohnenkraut fein schneiden, ebenfalls in den Topf und ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen.
3, Bohnen dazu, 5 Minuten mitköcheln lassen, abschmecken und ein wenig Chili dazu.
4, Die Pfurzerparty kann beginnen. Moizeit!
